Terms and Conditions

Welcome to https://thesis-writing-service.com. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1 We provide our services (including research, data mining, writing, editing, translation, peer review, proofreading, content creation, coaching, and support) exclusively under these Terms and Conditions and the specific service contract agreed with the client. Any deviating conditions will only be valid with our written approval.

1.2 We may assign tasks to third-party freelancers. The selection of such contractors is at our sole discretion.

1.3 All prices displayed on our website or affiliate sites are non-binding and illustrative. Only our written confirmation (including via email) constitutes a legally binding offer.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 Clients may submit requests via our contact form or partner channels. The more detailed the request, the more tailored our offer can be. A contract is concluded when the client accepts our written offer within the indicated timeframe. Contracts may be concluded via email or other electronic communication.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 According to EU regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to personalized services or products tailored to individual specifications. As our services are customized, no withdrawal right exists.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4.2 The final price and breakdown are as specified in our written offer.

4.3 We may require advance payments either fully or in stages depending on project progress.

4.4 Work will only begin after full or partial prepayment as agreed.

4.5 In case of late payment, we may charge reminder fees of EUR 10.00 per written notice and pause service delivery until payment is received.

4.6 Additional costs (e.g. copying, delivery, data media) will be charged separately.

4.7 Final payment is due upon full delivery of the contracted service.

4.8 If the actual page count exceeds the agreed volume by more than 5%, we may issue an amendment order requiring your approval.

5. Scope of Service

5.1 We provide services as per the confirmed contract and may grant usage rights to the delivered work. Services begin upon full payment and receipt of necessary materials.

5.2 Writers may be replaced by other qualified personnel if necessary.

5.3 Clients must specify originality expectations and preferred plagiarism-checking tool. If not specified, we reserve the right to choose the checker. Standard originality is up to 92%; higher scores require special agreement and surcharge.

5.4 If formatting is not specified, we use standard academic format: Times New Roman 12pt or Arial 11pt, 1.5 line spacing, 250–300 words per page.

6. Academic Use Disclaimer

6.1 Our services are intended solely for research, understanding, and personal use. Submitting our products as one’s own academic work is prohibited.

6.2 We reserve the right to reject requests aimed at fraudulent academic submissions.

6.3 Our texts are not intended for official submission to accredited institutions.

6.4 Rewriting documents with 40%+ plagiarism may be considered new work and priced accordingly.

6.5 Clients must acknowledge our work as sample drafts only.

6.6 Clients are solely responsible for their declarations of originality when submitting work to educational institutions.

6.7 Copyright remains with the author; clients receive personal usage rights upon full payment.

8. Scope Modifications

8.1 If the client changes the order after contract formation (e.g. topic, volume, deadline), we will reassess and provide a revised offer within 3 days.

8.2 If no agreement is reached, the original contract terms remain valid, or the client may terminate the contract with proportional payment for services rendered.

9. Revisions

9.1 Revisions may be requested during the project or within 14 days after delivery. Requests must be clearly documented.

9.2 Additional revisions outside this period are chargeable.

9.3 We may refuse revisions in case of unpaid invoices or non-viable demands.

9.4 If revision fails, the client may request a refund or price reduction.

9.5 Revisions requiring new pages will be priced additionally.

10. Delivery Timeline
